ooh are you ready for something sinful?
alright,my last batch didn't last long in the fridge, this recipe was so good I had to share it with you all. CHOCOLATE, chocolate, oh my, I know you all have had the all time favorite chocolate fudge that's always on hand every Christmas right? That we all adore, yes you can admit you love it! Well this devilish treat is almost up there, no let me rephrase that I love this treat much more, why? well, it doesn't seem too rich like the old fashioned fudge, but ooh it's so good. Anyways I'm not the kind of cook that likes to measure my ingredients and I'm definitely not the Martha Stewart in the kitchen, don't get me wrong, I adore Martha Stewart she's definately one of my faces, but let's get serious here,no normal person in this fast pace world is really like that right? O.k. now here's my recipe, please write in and tell me what you think?
1 bag and almost 1/2 of miniature marshmallows
4 tablespoons of butter
1/2 package of nestle chocolate chips
4tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
crushed kix cereal
get a nice glass baking pan and lightly butter because you will need it to put your mixture into and put to the side.
I know I didn't say how much cereal you add I put quite a Lott but you know put enough where it's well coated, and you don't have to totally crush up all the cereal it just depends on what you like, you can even add nuts of your choice, I don't because my daughter doesn't approve of them...
First of all find a big pan and melt butter in then add your marshmallows, melt over medium heat, when done add those delightful chocolate chips, melt, add peanut butter, melt, then start adding the kix, not all at once little at a time, coat well then add to your buttered dish. Now I know this mixture is really sticky, what I do is put the tap on and keep wetting your butter knife under it and keep spreading until it is all nice and flat, then place in the fridge for a couple of hours, cut into squares and enjoy eating with a sinfully good book...
